Prices above are per day / per unit and include:

A change of bedlinnen half way through your stay is included if you stay with us for a period over 14 days. For shorter stays a change of bedlinnen is optional and costs € 15,- p person

The end cleaning is included if you stay with us for at least one week. For stays shorter than one week we ask a € 50,- fee for the end cleaning per studio or apartment.
Discounts:
“Long stay” – ask us for special long stay rates.
Payment conditions:

A downpayment of 50% of total amount is paid upon reservation.

A settlement of the complete amount is paid at the latest one month before arrival

In case of a “last minute booking” (from one month before arrival) the total amount is paid upon reservation.
Booking conditions/house rules:
- Minimum stay: 5 nights
- Placement of a heater € 7,50 per night.
- Extra costs for a cot € 30,- per stay (only possible in the apartments)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check in: 15.00h check out: 10.00h. For a late check – out (if possible) we ask a fee of € 15,-
Cancellations:
The downpayment of 50% is non refundable. Should you cancel your stay with us up to 1 month before arrival the remaining 50% will be refunded.
